Absolutely. We love creating cohesive party stationery and favours to match your theme and colour palette.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. I’ll then begin designing your personalised items based on the details you’ve provided.
You will receive a digital document with design options and mockups for your feedback/review. At this stage, please check that all details are correct.
Once approved, your order will move into production and be carefully packed before dispatch/pick up. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on the way to you.
Yes. A digital proof is sent for approval before printing. Production will only begin once you’ve approved the design.

All our personalised items have a minimum order quantity of 10. If you require less, please contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.

Turnaround times vary depending on the product and order size. Current production times are listed on each product page.
If your event is within two weeks, please add the rush order fee to your cart to prioritise your order.
Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Please contact us before ordering if you need your boxes urgently.

Yes, local pick-up is available. Pickup location is St Albans, VIC. Full address details will be provided to you once pick up date has been arranged closer to date.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has gone into production, changes will not be possible.
Yes, however, changing to a completely different theme after your design has been completed is considered a full redesign rather than a revision. As this involves creating a brand-new design from scratch, a redesign fee will apply.
Please note that requesting a new theme may also affect your production and dispatch timeline, particularly for orders with upcoming event dates. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee the original turnaround timeframe once a complete redesign has been requested.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Because these items are personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault or error on our part. Please check your proof carefully before approving.
