Yes! All of our products are custom designed and personalised to suit your theme. You can include names, ages, wording, and event details. If you have inspiration images, feel free to email them through to hello@paper-studio.com.au

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. I’ll then begin designing your personalised items based on the details you’ve provided.
You will receive a digital document with design options and mockups for your feedback/review. At this stage, please check that all details are correct.
Once approved, your order will move into production and be carefully packed before dispatch/pick up. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on the way to you.

Yes. A digital proof is sent for approval before printing. Production will only begin once you’ve approved the design.

All our personalised items have a minimum order quantity of 10. If you require less, please contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.

If your event is within two weeks, please add the rush order fee to your cart to prioritise your order.

As a general guide:
Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days

Yes, local pick-up is available. Pickup location is St Albans, VIC. Full address details will be provided to you once pick up date has been arranged closer to date.

At this stage, we primarily ship within Australia.
If you’re located outside of Australia and would love to place an order, please get in touch before purchasing. I’ll do my best to provide a shipping quote and confirm whether we can accommodate your order.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
