All personalised items are made specifically for you. For this reason:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Please ensure all spelling, names, dates, colours, and details are correct before placing your order or approving artwork.


faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


proof approval

Once artwork has been approved or an order has been submitted, we are not responsible for errors such as spelling or incorrect details provided by the customer.


shipping issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or couriers

  • Lost or damaged parcels once shipped

If your parcel is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We are happy to assist where possible


cancellations
