We specialise in personalised and made-to-order products. Due to the custom nature of our items, slight variations in colour, layout, or sizing may occur. These variations are part of the handmade and personalised process and are not considered defects.

orders & proofs

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all spelling, names, dates, and details before approving artwork or placing an order.

Once an order is confirmed or artwork is approved, changes may not be possible.

We are not responsible for errors once approval has been given.

pricing & payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

production & turnaround times

Turnaround times are estimates only and begin once payment and final approval are received.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Delays caused by late approvals, changes, or incorrect information are not our responsibility.

shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused during shipping.

returns & refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once design and production has begun. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise whether cancellation is still possible.

All designs and content on this website are the property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.

themes & inspired designs

Paper Studio may offer designs inspired by popular themes, trends, or aesthetics (e.g. music genres, colour palettes, or event concepts).
These designs are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any official brand, artist, or franchise.

Unless explicitly stated, all designs are unofficial and are not licensed by or connected to any third-party brands, companies, or intellectual property owners.

If a client requests a specific theme, character, brand, or likeness:

  • The client confirms they have the right or permission to use that theme for their intended purpose

  • The client accepts full responsibility for any legal implications arising from its use

Paper Studio reserves the right to refuse or modify any request that:

  • Directly copies protected characters, logos, or branded assets

  • Infringes on copyright or trademark laws

  • Could result in legal risk for either party
